Overview of the Immigration Law Firm of John M. MacDaniel
John M. MacDaniel, was conferred his Juris Doctor in 1975 by the University of Miami School of Law, after attending American University in Washington D.C. and receiving his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alabama in 1970.
Admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States numerous Federal District and Courts of Appeal, Mr. MacDaniel has taught in Miami Dade College's paralegal program, has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the Miami Herald, and wrote the first Immigration column for the Florida Review. He is authorized to practice before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, the
Board of Immigration Appeals and is a member of the American Immigration 
Lawyer's Association.
Mr. MacDaniel is well supported by Andrea Carvalho, originally from Brazil, who is the chief paralegal with more than 16 years of experience.
Nora Gaultney, the firm administrator, born in Colombia, is also Mr. MacDaniel's personal assistant.
